This policy explains what Wrench & Ring (run by Rasterize Co., Ltd.) collects and how we use it.
What we collect
- What you send us from our page: your shop name, city and state, the jobs you want, your email, whether you used your own photo in the preview, and your answers to our questions.
- Photos in the preview: the photo you pick stays on your phone or computer. It is not uploaded to us.
- Emails you send us, including any photos you choose to send.
- Basic technical data when you send the form (IP address, browser, the page you came from), to stop spam and abuse.
- Website analytics through Google Analytics, which uses cookies to count visits and see which pages are used.
How we use it
- To build and email your free page, forecast and ad plan, and to reply to you.
- If you become a client: to set up and run your ads and send your reports.
- To keep our form safe from spam.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your information.
- We don't share it with other plumbers or lead buyers.
- We don't make sales calls.
Where it's stored
Form entries are stored with Google Cloud (data center in Tokyo, Japan) and handled through our Google Workspace email. Google Analytics data is processed by Google.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it for your page and plan, our work for you, and our records. Ask us any time and we'll delete it, unless we must keep a record by law.
Your choices
Email fmyas@rasterize.co.jp to see, correct or delete your information. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date above.
