Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Wrench & Ring, a service run by Rasterize Co., Ltd. (“we”). By asking for a free page or starting the service, you agree to them.

1. What we do

We build a page for your plumbing business and run Google search ads for the jobs and areas you choose. We check search terms regularly and send you a short weekly report. We don't do Local Services Ads, SEO, phone answering or lead selling.

2. Your Google Ads account

Your Google Ads account is set up in your business's name. You add your own payment card on Google's site, and Google bills you directly for ad spend. We never receive or hold your ad money. You can see your costs in your account at any time.

3. Free page and free first month

Your page costs nothing. Our ad management is free for your first month, counted from the day your ads first go live. One free first month per business. Ad spend you pay to Google is never covered: it goes from your card to Google from day one.

4. Our fee after the first month

Only if you keep going: $300 a month, or 15% of your Google ad spend for the month if that is more than $300 (that is, when you spend more than $2,000). No setup fee. We'll ask you by email before the free month ends, and we agree how and when we bill before we charge anything. Details: Fees.

5. Cancelling

There is no contract term. Stop any time by email. If you stop during the free first month, you owe us nothing. After that, the service ends at the end of the month you've paid for, and we don't bill you again. Your Google Ads account, your phone number and your page stay with you; we hand over the page files.

6. No guaranteed results

Forecasts we share come from Google and are estimates. We don't promise any number of clicks, calls, leads or jobs.

7. Your part

• You hold the licenses and insurance your work requires, and the information you give us is true.
• Your ads and page must follow Google's policies and the law. We may decline or stop ads that don't.
• Photos, logos and details you send us must be yours to use. You let us use them for your page and ads.

8. Limits

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We're not responsible for Google's decisions, platform outages, or how calls are handled after they reach you.

9. Changes to these terms

We'll email clients before changes that affect them take effect.
